The Problem I’ve Had Writing About The ‘Is Labour Antisemitic?’ Edition Of Panorama

I’ve been struggling for the last 24 hours to write about the ‘Is Labour Antisemitic?’ edition of Panorama which the BBC aired on Wednesday evening & It’s not as if I’m suffering from writer’s block or scared of failing to live up to the expectation to deliver an article on a issue which people know is very much my forte.

The problem I’ve been having with writing about the latest edition of Panorama investigating whether the Labour Party is antisemitic, comes despite my immediate reaction having watched it when I tweeted that the ‘Is Labour Antisemitic?’ edition of Panorama was a hatchet job of a hit piece against Jeremy Corbyn & the Labour Party which smacked of either having assistance from the propaganda division of the Israeli government or being influenced by the kind of propaganda they propagated & which in response to I’ve been repeatedly called a ‘Jew hater’ & an ‘antisemite’ & having my own Jewishness doubted by bigoted Zionist bigots.

As for actual core problem I’ve had in writing about the ‘Is Labour Antisemitic?’ edition of Panorama, well its due to it containing Jewish members of Labour & former Jewish Labour members (some of whom also had actually been party workers) speaking to camera giving accounts of antisemitic abuse they’d been subjected to within the Labour Party & some of the details of the kind of antisemitic abuse they’d been subjected was indeed unadulterated hatred of them being Jewish, for fucks sake I’m Jewish & a fucking human being thus sensitive to hurt they were obviously expressing but at the same time I found myself taking issue with some of these accounts as well as in general with this edition of Panorama implying that Zionist is a form antisemitic abuse along with criticising the Israeli government & well the trouble has been I’ve not wanted to come over as a clumsy insensitive cunt motherfucker in taking issue with any of the accounts of antisemitism which with my personal antizionist Jewish perspective I might not consider necessarily antisemitic particularly as some of those speaking to camera on this edition of Panorama have suffered mental health problems due to the antisemitic abuse they’ve been subjected to.

I’m often criticised for being insensitive when in fact I’m far more sensitive than some might think, but as a friend of mine said in encouraging me to write this, you’re never going to strike the ‘right balance’ when writing about a subject such as the Israeli/Palestinian conflicted as I’ve been trying to do (obviously in vain), you’re always going to fuck somebody off when writing about this very subject considering both sides in the argument are so polarised, how fucking true don’t I just know it, oh how fucking true don’t I just know it from the grief I get from bigoted Zionist dickheads about not being a ‘Real Jew’ as I won’t suck the cock of Benjamin Netanyahu in applause for murdering tens upon tens of innocent Palestinians.
